To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the fees paid to us in the past 3 months
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mausool, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, especially if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
Your access to the platform will be revoked
Any outstanding payments become due immediately
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, KSA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
